Held presentation about security in the supply industry, with focus on OT and NIS2.
Due to the increased threat picture, we chose to hold a seminar for the supply industry (category 3). The seminar focused on the threat picture itself, how to protect yourself within the OT areas, and what can be expected from the new NIS2 directive.
I held this together with Mathias Holdt from Improsec, who is fantastically skilled cyber security expert.
The seminar was in Danish, so the naming is based on the Danish titles.
Our main focus points was
Always nice to speak to an audience, which are interested in the topic, and want
to go in depth in areas and details that can help them on a daily basis.
Having a targeted industry meant that i could tailor the session which contributes a lot, as you can be much more relevant for the audience.
In addition, we did "Networking" where we sat and talked about experiences and their daily challenges and various approaches you could use which were really rewarding both ways.
Feedback
There was a lot of great feedback, the topic cybersecurity is interesting for the most, and because it was tailored for the supply industry, they had a lot of inspiration to go home with.
Futhermore the afterwords networking approach, had a lot of feedback afterwords, As it also provided opportunities for them to discuss challenges with each other within the same sector.
